1. Conditions\u00a0<\/h3>

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all bookings made by e-mail, post, telephone or via the website. www.arduen.com<\/a> for the ArDuen hotel-restaurant, Domaine de la Hardouinais, Le Bourg 22230 Saint-Launeuc (SARL SEPIA - 29, avenue Louis Barthou 35000 Rennes - 797 518 883 RCS Rennes).

<\/p>

By booking, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the GTC.<\/p>

The T&Cs govern the reservation:
- rooms
- complementary services (breakfasts, restaurants, activities, various services)<\/p>

They do not apply to bookings made via third parties (Booking, Expedia, etc.).<\/p>

2. Booking conditions<\/h3>

2.1. Online booking<\/h4>

The customer selects a room, a rate and, if desired, additional services. The description is available on the website.<\/p>

2.2 Mandatory information - personal data<\/h4>

The customer must provide :
- last name, first name
- contact details
- valid email
- bank details (depending on rate)<\/p>

Incorrect information may result in cancellation of the reservation.<\/p>

2.3 Confirmation<\/h4>

The reservation becomes final upon receipt of the confirmation email.<\/p>

3. Rates & payment<\/h3>

3.1 Prices<\/h4>

The prices indicated on the website or the proposal made by mail or telephone are :
- INCL. VAT
- excluding tourist tax
- in euros<\/p>

The price confirmed at the time of booking is the only applicable price.<\/p>

3.2. Payment<\/h4>

Depending on the rate chosen :
- Flexible rates: payment on site
- Non-cancellable \/ prepaid rates: immediate payment, non-refundable<\/p>

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize a bank account to guarantee your stay and expenses.<\/p>

4. Modification - Cancellation<\/h3>

Confirmed reservations cannot be modified, except under special conditions specified in the confirmation e-mail. In the event of prepayment, the sums paid in advance are deposits which are not subject to reimbursement.<\/p>

4.1. Right of withdrawal<\/h4>

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation services.<\/p>

4.2 Cancellation conditions<\/h4>

They depend on the rate chosen at the time of booking and are indicated in the confirmation email.<\/p>

4.3. Non-presentation<\/h4>

In case of no-show :
- one night or 100% of the stay may be charged according to the rate booked.<\/p>

5. Hotel stay<\/h3>

5.1. Check-in \/ Check-out<\/h4>

- Arrival: from 4:00 pm (unless otherwise indicated)
- Departure: until 12:00 pm (unless otherwise indicated)<\/p>

Late departures may result in an additional night's charge.<\/p>

5.2. Behavior<\/h4>

The customer undertakes to respect :
- internal regulations
- the tranquillity of the establishment
- safety rules<\/p>

Inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion, without refund.<\/p>

5.3. Animals<\/h4>

Pets are not allowed.<\/p>

6. Liability & force majeure<\/h3>

The hotel cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable or irresistible events (bad weather, strikes, breakdowns, force majeure, etc.).<\/p>

If a room is unavailable, the hotel can re-house the customer in an establishment of an equivalent category, at no extra charge.<\/p>

7. Personal data<\/h3>

In accordance with RGPD:
- the data collected with your consent is necessary for the performance of the service (legitimate interest) and for a limited period of time.
- Your data is used by the establishment and its partners and service providers (particularly for payment) to manage reservations and customer relations.
- Your data may be used for prospecting purposes unless you object.
- You have a right of access, rectification and deletion via : contact@arduen.com<\/a>.<\/p>

Cameras may be installed in common areas for security reasons.<\/p>

We use cookies and other tracers on the website with the user's consent.<\/p>

9. Applicable law<\/h3>

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.<\/p>
