From September to November, autumn reveals all the richness of Brittany's undergrowth. With basket in hand, explore the La Hardouinais forest with our head gardener and discover the seasonal treasures hidden beneath the foliage.
In autumn, the forest of La Hardouinais is decked out in its most beautiful colors and becomes a playground for those curious about nature. Accompanied by David Le Bars, the estate's head gardener, go mushroom picking and collect chanterelles, ceps and other hidden treasures on our guided autumn outings.
Meet at 9.30am at the Auberge, before setting off into the forest at 10am. Bring good shoes, a knife and a basket. Guided by an enthusiast, you'll learn how to recognize, respectfully pick and then savor the raw taste of the season.
The experience ends over a convivial glass of wine at lunchtime, in the simple, warm spirit of AR Duen.
