Terms and conditions of sale

1. Conditions 

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all bookings made by e-mail, post, telephone or via the website. www.arduen.com for the ArDuen hotel-restaurant, Domaine de la Hardouinais, Le Bourg 22230 Saint-Launeuc (SARL SEPIA - 29, avenue Louis Barthou 35000 Rennes - 797 518 883 RCS Rennes).

By booking, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the GTC.

The T&Cs govern the reservation:
- rooms
- complementary services (breakfasts, restaurants, activities, various services)

They do not apply to bookings made via third parties (Booking, Expedia, etc.).

 

2. Booking conditions

2.1. Online booking

The customer selects a room, a rate and, if desired, additional services. The description is available on the website.

2.2 Mandatory information - personal data

The customer must provide :
- last name, first name
- contact details
- valid email
- bank details (depending on rate)

Incorrect information may result in cancellation of the reservation.

2.3 Confirmation

The reservation becomes final upon receipt of the confirmation email.

 

3. Rates & payment

3.1 Prices

The prices indicated on the website or the proposal made by mail or telephone are :
- INCL. VAT
- excluding tourist tax
- in euros

The price confirmed at the time of booking is the only applicable price.

3.2. Payment

Depending on the rate chosen :
- Flexible rates: payment on site
- Non-cancellable / prepaid rates: immediate payment, non-refundable

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize a bank account to guarantee your stay and expenses.

 

4. Modification - Cancellation

Confirmed reservations cannot be modified, except under special conditions specified in the confirmation e-mail. In the event of prepayment, the sums paid in advance are deposits which are not subject to reimbursement.

4.1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation services.

4.2 Cancellation conditions

They depend on the rate chosen at the time of booking and are indicated in the confirmation email.

4.3. Non-presentation

In case of no-show :
- one night or 100% of the stay may be charged according to the rate booked.

 

5. Hotel stay

5.1. Check-in / Check-out

- Arrival: from 4:00 pm (unless otherwise indicated)
- Departure: until 12:00 pm (unless otherwise indicated)

Late departures may result in an additional night's charge.

5.2. Behavior

The customer undertakes to respect :
- internal regulations
- the tranquillity of the establishment
- safety rules

Inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion, without refund.

5.3. Animals

Pets are not allowed.

 

6. Liability & force majeure

The hotel cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable or irresistible events (bad weather, strikes, breakdowns, force majeure, etc.).

If a room is unavailable, the hotel can re-house the customer in an establishment of an equivalent category, at no extra charge.

 

7. Personal data

In accordance with RGPD:
- the data collected with your consent is necessary for the performance of the service (legitimate interest) and for a limited period of time.
- Your data is used by the establishment and its partners and service providers (particularly for payment) to manage reservations and customer relations.
- Your data may be used for prospecting purposes unless you object.
- You have a right of access, rectification and deletion via : contact@arduen.com.

Cameras may be installed in common areas for security reasons.

We use cookies and other tracers on the website with the user's consent.

9. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of litigation, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.

The consumer may bring the matter either before one of the courts having territorial jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure, or before the court for the place where he or she lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred.
