Guided by the seasons and inspired by the land of Brittany, Sébastien Colleux, the Chef at our Saint-Launeuc restaurant, cultivates simple, lively and sincere cuisine. He draws from the vegetable garden, orchard and neighboring producers to create generous dishes, where each flavor pays tribute to the terroir and the pleasure of sharing.

Here, crepes have character. Our organic buckwheat and wheat flours come from Moulin de Quincampoix, in Ille-et-Vilaine. The homemade toppings are a blend of garden produce, mature cheeses and local meats and fish. A sincere, seasonal cuisine that reinvents tradition with taste and simplicity.
